Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in, and use of, training programmes offered by Spark For Training & Development (“Spark”, “we”, “us”). Spark is the authorised delivery affiliate of Cambridge International College (“CIC”) across Egypt, MENA and the GCC. By enrolling in a programme or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment is open year-round. Your place on a programme is confirmed once your registration form is submitted and the applicable fee (or first instalment) is received. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Programme Duration

Study periods vary by certification level, typically ranging from 12 to 36 months. Learners may complete their studies earlier where coursework allows, or request an extension, subject to Spark’s approval.

3. Fees & Payment

Programme fees are payable in full or via one of Spark’s available instalment plans, as selected at enrollment. All fees must be kept up to date for continued access to course materials, tutor support and examination eligibility. Fees are non-transferable to another individual without Spark’s written consent.

4. Certification & Examinations

Final assessments are conducted under the standards of Cambridge International College. Learners who successfully meet the required standard receive an internationally recognised certificate or diploma issued by CIC. Spark does not guarantee a pass outcome; certification is awarded solely on merit.

5. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are expected to engage with coursework in good faith, meet submission deadlines where applicable, and maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to them. Any form of dishonesty may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding and content provided by Spark or CIC remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Materials are licensed to learners for personal study use only and may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed.

7. Changes to These Terms

Spark may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our programmes or applicable regulations. The version published on this page at the time of your enrollment governs your agreement with us; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
